To ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant experience for all customers, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below when using our self-wash stations:

• No dyes or coloring agents of any kind may be used.

• No use of clippers, trimmers, or grooming shears is permitted.

• No skunk-sprayed pets. Please seek professional odor removal services.

• No pets with flea or tick infestations.

• Pets that are excessively dirty may be refused at staff discretion.

• Each wash is limited to a maximum of 1 hour per dog or cat.

• You must dry your dog or cat inside of the tub

Failure to comply with the house rules will result in a cancel of your membership or you being asked to not return.
