Self-Wash Guidelines
To ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant experience for all customers, please follow these rules:
- No dyes or coloring agents of any kind may be used.
- No use of clippers, trimmers, or grooming shears is permitted.
- No skunk-sprayed pets. Please seek professional odor removal services.
- No pets with flea or tick infestations.
- Pets that are excessively dirty may be refused at staff discretion.
- Each wash is limited to a maximum of 1 hour per dog or cat.
- You must dry your dog or cat inside of the tub.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in cancellation of your membership or being asked not to return.
